Sony announced its new S-AIRPLAY (AIR-SA20PK), a wireless multi-room audi system for iPod music players. The new Sony S-AIRPLAY comes with Sony’s S-Air technology offering a practical, wireless multi-room solution without complicated setup requirements.
The S-AIRPLAY system comes with one docking station and two S-Air wireless speakers. Users can listen to music wirelessly in up to nearly 164 feet from the docking station. Other than docking iPods, the system has also built-in AM/FM tuner and is able to charge iPods.
The system has composite A/V outputs. It will be available in September for $400.
