OCZ Solid Series SATA II 2.5-inch SSD

OCZ Technology introduces the Solid Series Solid State Drives (SSD). The new Solid Series comes in slim 2.5-inch form factor and uses SATA II interface. The OCZ Solid Series is available 30GB (OCZSSD2-1SLD30G), 60GB (OCZSSD2-1SLD60G), and 120GB (OCZSSD2-1SLD120G) capacities.

Thanks to the SATA II, the Solid Series can offer up to 155 MB/sec read speed and up to 90MB/sec write speed.

The Solid Series supports RAID and has a mini USB 2.0 Port. It is also Shock Resistant up to 1500G. The 30GB model of OCZ Solid series is priced at $89, while 60GB and 120GB at $159 and $299 respectively.
